KS HUAYU AluTech Group is a 50:50 joint venture between the German Rheinmetall AG and the Chinese HUAYU Automotive Systems Co. Ltd (HASCO), the component division of the automobile manufacturer SAIC. The Compliance Management System of Rheinmetall AG is applied at KS Huayu AluTech Group. This includes the Rheinmetall Group's Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct. Rheinmetall's complaint management system is applied group-wide and also includes KS HUAYU AluTech Group.
